Min K'atel was a male Human and the leader of Belasco. His daughter, Joli, was affected by the bacterium created by Jenna Zan Arbor. Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Adi Gallia looked into the case of the contaminated water to find Zan Arbor. Min did not allow the Jedi to annoy the Senator Uta S'orn neither to get into the palace to investigate. Finally, they discovered that S'orn was allied with Zan Arbor.
