Minetroopers, also known as Imperial tunneling underminers, were specialized stormtroopers specifically trained for operating in the spice-laden atmosphere of Sevarcos II's mines. They were under the direct command of Planetary Commandant Velpar Raftin.

EquipmentEdit

The minetroopers wore special tan-colored armor, with a thicker bodysuit, that was sealed from the noxious spice-laden air. Their primary assignment was not necessarily to stop rampaging spice eels or suppress revolts by the incarcerated spice miners, but rather to protect the mining equipment from damage and theft.
