Miskara

The Miskara was the leader of the Vaagari. He was addressed as "Your Eminence," wore ornate robes and a mask, and was seated in an immense throne room.
The Miskara of 27 BBY was killed along with all of his crew shortly before the destruction of Outbound Flight when droidekas and Trade Federation battle droids, thought to be under his command, were turned on them by Commander Thrawn.
