HistoryEdit

Well known classes in the missile cruiser role included the purpose-built Broadside-class cruiser kdb-1 and the modified Marauder-class corvette.^[1] Some variants of both the Consular-class space cruiser^[2] and the Galactic Alliance frigate^[2] were modified to serve as missile cruisers.
