During the Mission at Destrillion, Wedge Antilles was assigned to pinpoint critical targets in an Imperial Tibanna Gas facility on Destrillion for a squad of Y-wings to bomb.

Piloting an A-wing, he traveled through energy tunnels leading to the facility. He encountered about two-dozen TIE Hunters, new TIEs designed to match the capabilities of the X-wings of the Rebel Alliance. He was able to destroy them all with the help of his A-wing's lock-on missiles.

At the end of his run, he discovered that there was no facility; all there was was a convoy of Imperial transports about to jump to hyperspace. In truth, the battle was a diversion in order to lure the Rebel fleet near Dubrillion.
