The Mission to Kejim was an event during the Galactic Civil War.
When Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors picked up Imperial transmissions from a supposedly abandoned base, Mon Mothma sent them down to investigate. They ripped through base defenses and discovered an old testing lab used to test Artusian crystals—Force-sensitive objects. After the mission was complete, they left the planet and were assigned to investigate Artus Prime.
[edit] Behind the scenes
If you listen to one of the conversations between the stormtroopers, one mentions he is going to Artus Prime. Later in the game, on Artus Prime, you hear a stormtrooper mention that he arrived from Kejim, and is being transferred to Cairn Installation. The final appearance of the "travelling stormtrooper" is at Cairn Installation, where he mentions to a comrade that he came from Artus Prime.
