A mission to Korriban occurred in 22 BBY when a Jedi strike team consisting of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Siri Tachi, Soara Antana, Ry-Gaul, and their respective apprentices were sent to Korriban to track down Granta Omega and his assistant, Jenna Zan Arbor, both of whom were enemies of the Jedi Order and the Republic. The mission ended in tragedy when Darra Thel-Tanis was killed by Omega, who himself was then killed by Kenobi.
