The Mission to Kril'dor occurred in 14 ABY, after New Republic intelligence discovered an Imperial tibanna gas platform on Kril'dor, which had to be conquered. Wedge Antilles devised a simple plan which required just one Rogue Squadron pilot in an X-wing and one Jedi Knight. The task of the Jedi was to place targeting beacons at various vital locations of the platform, and the X-wing pilot would then bombard that location. While Antilles manned the X-wing himself, Luke Skywalker chose Jaden Korr to place the beacons.
Korr encountered much opposition during the mission, including several stormtroopers and even some Sith Cultists and New Reborn. He managed, however, to place the beacons, allowing Antilles to successfully put the entire defense system of the platform out of commission.
Upon learning that their defenses were down, the Imperials decided to destroy the platform rather than letting it fall into New Republic hands and rigged it with a number of powerful explosives. Cutting down all opposition, Korr managed to deactivate the bombs in time.
