Between 3 BBY and 2 BBY,[2] Sabine Wren and Garazeb Orrelios went on a mission to Thune City to recover cargo containers full of weapons and ship parts on behalf of the rebellion. The two were ambushed by the gangster Tomith Garbis and his goons, who attempted to claim the containers for the Garbis family. Although the rebels managed to get the upper hand and fly away with the cargo, they attracted the wrath of Lord Donith Garbis, who swore to avenge his family's honor.[1]

- ↑ 2.0 2.1 "The Thune Cargo" — Star Wars Rebels Magazine 22 includes Sabine Wren with blue-green hair, meaning that it takes place before Star Wars Rebels: Steps Into Shadow, when her hair is light-purple. Dawn of Rebellion dates the events of Star Wars Rebels: Steps Into Shadow seventeen years after the end of the Clone Wars, which Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates to 19 BBY; therefore, the events of Steps Into Shadow must take place in 2 BBY, and "The Thune Cargo" takes place prior. As "The Thune Cargo" also mentions Chopper Base, which was constructed in 3 BBY according to Dawn of Rebellion, "The Thune Cargo" must take place afterwards, thereby placing it in between these two years.
