During the period of the Galactic Empire, Darth Vader ordered several Noghri to the planet Yalara to wipe out the primitive sentient native population, the Yalarans, and guard the cloaking device that protected their planet. Years later, in 14 ABY, these Noghri were defeated by Jaden Korr^[1] and the survivors were relocated to their homeworld.
