The Model Com C-38 was a command center model designed by Delvin Constructs, that was used by the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. It was commonly used as a base of operations which Imperial officers and staff used to direct all base and ground force operations on a planet, unless more advanced structures were available.
