Modrol

Modrols were large predatory creatures native to the jungle world of Port Haven.

They walked upright, had thick skin covered in hair-like tendrils and a dense fur. Their skin coloration could change to match their surroundings which aided their ability to stalk their prey. They had clawed legs and sharp talons on their hands. The middle talon was elongated to form a blade that was used to open up a prey.

During the latter years of the Galactic Republic, the species was introduced to Neftali, where it developed into a variant known as the ice modrol.
