―Sergeant Mokem makes sure the message is clear, despite the dialect.[src]

Sergeant Mokem was a male Gungan soldier living on Naboo.

In 32 BBY, displaced passengers from the Crescent fled Theed during the Invasion of Naboo and sought shelter in the nearby Lianorm Swamp. A Gungan patrol led by Mokem halted the refugees and escorted them to the edge of the swamp, refusing to allow them to travel any deeper.[1]

The Gungan surname "Mokem" means, "greatful guest."[2]
