Mongo Beefhead patties were a type of meat patty presumably made by Mongo Beefhead Tribesmen. They were served in the majority of sliders in Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant.

Mongo Beefhead patties are the first in-universe reference to the Mongo Beefhead Tribesmen, a race designed by Kenner for the canceled The Epic Continues toyline.
