The Monitor III was a Consular-class cruiser dispatched in 22 BBY to destroy the Pirates of Iridium.

HistoryEdit

Along with Kit Fisto and several other Jedi Knights, Monitor III made the rendezvous with the pirates before they turned and opened fire. During the course of the battle, the cruiser sustained heavy damage, only escaping destruction via the cover fire of the Jedi's six Delta-7 starfighters.

Her shields penetrated by the pirates' notorious power gem, the Jedi Dovish Hokken, Yrada Soludisan, and four Republic Judiciaries on board were killed.
