The Mos Eisley Spaceport was a transmission tower in the city of Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. It was run by Garrick, who owned a small hangar on the outskirts of the city. When Han Solo and Leia Organa came to Tatooine in the Millennium Falcon a short time after the Battle of Endor, they made contact with the Spaceport in order to secure a berth at Garrick's hangar. Garrick initially did not want to let Solo land due to his previous actions of not paying when he departed from Docking Bay 94. However, Organa was able to negotiate with the man, and they were able to land.
