Moss Shelby was a member of Regiment Twelve of the Corellian Security Force on Corellia.

When in 1 ABY large creatures from the Agrilat swamp wandered into more civilized areas of Corellia and local farmers began to get worried, they asked Shelby for help. As Shelby didn't want to waste CorSec resources on this, he or she hired a spacer to do the job.
