The mullinine edge was an enhanced melee weapon edge that had been augmented by the addition of mullinine, a material that kept its sharpness very well. The keeness of this edge allowed for more deeply penetrating injuries, thus increasing the chance to incapacitate the enemy quickly. This edge was available in several versions ranging from basic to superior, depending on the degree of sharpness.
