A multi-detonator was a high-powered explosive used for maximum damage potential. Its strength could rip a starship engine into fragments. It was also less susceptible to damper shield effects than a regular thermal detonator. It featured a concussion beam emitter, satellite spin piercer, and a cycle wave ripper surrounding a magno-thermitic charger and fragmentation housing.[1]
Boba Fett was known to have used some antiquated multi-detonators.[1]
