Munyips were small woodland creatures from the Forest Moon of Endor. They had short fur that varied in color from brown to white. Munyips had spherical heads with large, bulbous eyes and thin probosces. The creatures lived in the trees of the forest moon and traveled about by both climbing and leaping from tree to tree. They possessed flaps of skin between their forelimbs and hindimbs, allowing them to glide for short distances. Munyips were friendly creatures, and many Ewoks enjoyed interacting with them.
