Muzzer was a Grand Moff in the Central Committee of Grand Moffs. He was one of the Moffs who supported Trioculus in his rise as new Emperor.

Muzzer, along with Moffs Dunhausen, Thistleborn and a Grand Admiral from Gargon, were called into meeting by Trioculus who wanted to discuss finding the Glove of Darth Vader. Some time after this, Muzzer was shot in the leg by Tibor, the perssonal Bounty hunter of Zorba Desilijic Tiure, when the Moffship pulled the Zorba Express into it, but he still survived.
