Muzzer was a member of the central commitee of Grand Moffs, who supported Trioculus in his rise as Emperor Palpatine's son and as new leader of the Empire.

Muzzer was round faced and pimpled. He was also brash and excitable and was not afraid to speak his mind.

At a secret conference with the self proclaimed Imperial ruler Trioculus Muzeer was one of the Grand Moffs called into meeting. After Hissa spoke of using Probe droids to find the Glove of Darth Vader,Muzzer denied the Hissa's suggestion. He was shot in the leg by Tibor, Zorba the Hutt's personalbounty hunter when the Moffship pulled the Zorba Express into it, but he survived.
