The Naboo swamp bird was a small, compact species of bird native to the Lianorm Swamp of Naboo. It had bright green feathers on most of the body, and red feathers on the throat. The species had a wide mouth, allowing it to swoop down to the water and snatch insects to eat. This beautiful species was legally sold in pet stores on Coruscant.
