Nana Bagwa's liver and onions was a dish served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant for 7.7 credits. It consisted of the liver of a mutated rat and onions and was originally made by and named after Nana Bagwa the grandmother of Hermione Bagwa, one of the waitresses the Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster employed at his diner, ironically Hermione disliked the dish as a child however did enjoy Dex's version of the recipe.
