Nar Shaddaa wind chimes
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Nar Shaddaa wind chimes were a symbol of renewal among the Hutts, and were traditionally made on Nar Shaddaa from flattened sheets of metal.
They consisted of several metal cylinders hanging on fine threads, in the middle of which would hang a Hutt-shaped piece of metal. The wind caused the hutt-shape to move and waver, hitting the chimes and thus producing a metallic noise.
Jabba Desilijic Tiure possessed one of those at the main gate of his throne room.
