The Narrant system was a star system that was located in the Mid Rim.^[2] It was home to a number of liege-holder clans, which were loose confederations of genetically-linked species, with complex layers of ritual obeisance and blood oaths maintaining their unity. The Lyunesi Oph Nar Dinnid worked as a comm handler for one of the clan's supreme liege-lord.^[3]
