Nawara Blen was a Twi'lek criminal who lived during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. Blen worked for a smuggling operation established by the Human and at some point during the Clone Wars, Blen was present in Tolea Biqua on the planet Genarius, with the Rodians Teeku and Koobis. Using a modified transponder, the trio summoned the starship Starchaser IV to Docking Bay 27 in Tolea Biqua, and requested that the ship's crew transport a crate of illicit goods to Jan.
