Neb Dulo was a Tocoyan disciple of Davrilat.

Neb Dulo moved from his species' desert homeworld Tocoya to Tatooine, and became employed at Jabba's Palace. He helped Jabba Desilijic Tiure pick musicians and bands to perform.
