The Neelabi were a shy, fish-like species from Neelabi who could only breathe in water. They can be easily identified by their beady eyes, and short stature. The Podracer Occo Ninebar was forced to race in a podracer with a water filled bubble. Because of this, if he crashed he could not escape quickly if his cockpit was thrust into a wall.
