Neelabi

The Neelabi were a shy, fish-like species from Neelabi who could only breathe in water. The Podracer Occo Ninebar was forced to race in a podracer with a water filled bubble. Because of this, if he crashed he could not escape quickly if his cockpit was thrust into a wall.
