Nerf tenderloin was a portion of meat that was cut from the middle of a nerf. It was usually marinated and served as an elegant and expensive food choice.

Nerf tenderloin most likely resembles beef tenderloin.
As with all quadrupeds, the tenderloin refers to the areas along the central spine portion—which more or less hangs between the shoulder blades and hip sockets.
