Once simply called Apsolon until rename New Apsolon, it was an Mid Rim Territories planet. During the Great Sith War it was a part of the Sith Empire[1]
The planet was renamed when a bloodless revolution led by Qui-Gon Jinn and Tahl overthrew the totalitarian Absolutes and replaced their government with democracy. In a failed coup, the Absolutes attempted to regain power 41 BBY.
New Apsolon is split into two groups: the Workers, people of low importance, and the Civilized, people of higher importance. The only worker ever known to be the leader of the planet was Ewane.
