New Otoh Gunga was the main and first Gungan city built on Ohma-D'un during the moon's colonization in 32 BBY.

HistoryEdit

When Boss Rugor Nass had to deal with Otoh Gunga's overpopulation, he decided to launch a colonization project on Ohma-D'un, so he sent Obi-Wan Kenobi and the Queen of the Naboo to help and set up a stable ecosystem on the empty moon, and establish the new Gungan city.

The settlement was built underwater, just like its namesake, Otoh Gunga, made of many hydrostatic force field bubbles. Two of these bubble buildings were erected to honor Queen Amidala and Obi-Wan. In 22 BBY, the entire city's population was nearly killed by the deadly swamp gas, a weapon developed by the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
