The New Republic Honor Guard was a branch of the New Republic Defense Force that provided ceremonial escorts to ranking officials and dignitaries. Units of it were stationed aboard New Republic diplomatic ships and locations, including the Imperial Palace and ships visited by the Chief of State.

Members included Ssyrmik, Shreel, and Marcopius, and often attended the New Republic Fleet Academy.
