The Nimbanels were a sentient reptilian species that were native to Nimban. They could be found demonstrating their talents throughout the galaxy, particularly in business and government. They were also famed for problem-solving skills.[2] Jay Igno was a Nimbanel air taxi driver on Coruscant.[3] Five years before the Battle of Yavin, a Nimbanel bounty hunter and his Ranat colleague attempted to apprehend the Trandoshan bounty hunter Bossk but were instead knocked unconscious.[7]
Behind the scenes[]
The illustration of a Nimbanel by Tim McDonagh that was included in the 2018 book Star Wars: Alien Archive was based on[2] a drawing of Rohlan Dyre by[8] the Star Wars illustrator Harvey Tolibao.[9]
