The Nishr Resistance was a local rebel force based on the planet Nishr. Made up of the local Nish who wished to oppose the Imperial subjugation of their world, the resistance was allied with the Rebel Alliance's Nishr Taskforce, who were operating on the planet. The resistance and the Nishr Taskforce would together to harass Imperial forces, including the elimination of most of the Imperial garrison's mobile elements in a coordinated ambush.
