Noga-ta was a male Ithorian Jedi Knight.

Noga-ta visited Barab I in 900 BBY, while the planet was largely unknown to the galaxy-at-large. He negotiated peace between the warring Barabel factions who were embroiled in a devastating civil war, elevating him to a legendary hero to the Barabel people. He was referred to as the "great warrior from beyond the clouds" in Barabel lore.

Henceforth, the Barabel revered Jedi and passed that reverence down through later generations.
