Nok Derrick was a freelance entrepreneur who attempted to get some information about the Rebel Alliance to sell it to the Galactic Empire, by kidnapping the politician Temo Dionisio. Then, the bounty hunter Greedo rescued Dionisio and detonated a thermal detonator in Nok's laboratory, killing him instantly.
