Noob Hill was located in Ruan's Refugee Facility 17 in 25 ABY. It was an area where, after paying Salliche Ag, refugees fleeing the Yuuzhan Vong invasion could attain marginally better accommodations than those available in the main facility. Ithorians, Wookiees, and Gamorreans were among the beings living there.

Noob Hill is likely a reference to Nob Hill, an area of San Francisco known for its plush residences and general affluence. Coincidentally enough, Nob Hill is also known as "Noob Hill", among other names.
