Norcuna was a male Rutian Twi'lek Jedi Master.

As a General, he was one of the leading Jedi officers sent to lead the Galactic Republic task force in the Battle of Jabiim. His force was utterly wiped out in fighting near the city of Choal. Alto Stratus grabbed Norcuna from the back of his head and then beheaded the Jedi. Upon his death, Jedi Master Leska took command of the task force.
[edit] Behind the scenes
Some fans believe that this Twi'lek Jedi Master, was the same Twi'lek Jedi that was released by Hasbro in their Clone Wars action figure Line. Due to the character being unnamed, and his fate unknown, it was left to reason that maybe both Jedi were indeed the same. However, this is nothing more than speculation right now.
