Norval II was a planet in the Calaron Sector abounding with organic-based life in many regions.[1]

It was the planet to which Darth Sidious sent the Mandalorian Protectors on a mission to capture Senator Padmé Amidala during the Clone Wars.[2]
Sidious betrayed the Mandalorians, whom were ambushed by the Jedi[2] and the Ailon Nova Guard.[3] Only three Mandalorians survived: Tobbi Dala, Fenn Shysa, and Spar.[2] This betrayal also resulted in the destruction of the vast majority of BL-series Battle Legionnaire droids.[4]
During the war against the reborn Emperor in 10 ABY, Norval II provided starfighters for the armed force stationed at Pinnacle Base.[5]
