Nova Squadron was a B-wing starfighter unit that served both the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War, and the New Republic against the Imperial Remnant after the Battle of Endor.

HistoryEdit

The B-wings of Nova Squadron flew as part of the Alliance Fleet during the early years of the Galactic Civil War. Their wing surfaces were colored dark gray with yellow sun-stripe markings.

Nova Squadron later flew as part of the fighter complement of the Mon Remonda, during Solo Fleet's search for Warlord Zsinj. They flew several missions while under the command of Wedge Antilles and Rogue Squadron. They took part in the attack on Razor's Kiss after it was stolen by Zsinj. Wraith Squadron, followed by Screaming Wookiee Squadron escorted the B-wings during the attack while they fired upon Iron Fist.

Nova Squadron flew in several sorties during the Zsinj Campaign, including Levian Two, Vahaba, and Selaggis. It was devastated at the end of Solo Command when Zsinj's ghost ship exploded, taking many fighters with it.
