Nuba City was the capital and the largest city of the planet Nubia. Located on the western side of a mountain range, it was an industrial city. Containing many factories, the city was often shrouded in dense smog. As the planet's financial centre, it hosted many of Nubia's glittering skyscrapers, which were arranged in a chaotic jumble dominating the urban landscape.[1]
An underground monorail provided mass transit in and around the city. The most popular cantina found here was The Dark Side of the Planet, owned by the Twi'lek Tul Bulba.
To the west of the city, there was a full-service spaceport.
