OOM-14 was an OOM command battle droid in the Trade Federation Droid Army during the invasion of the planet Naboo. He was in charge of one of the invasion forces that occupied the planet. However, Naboo soldiers from Harte Secur stole his droid control program, rendering his army inoperative. OOM-9, with the help of a Neimoidian technician, reactivated the droids and destroyed the Naboo troops. OOM-14 was most likely deactivated when Anakin Skywalker destroyed the orbiting Droid Control Ship.
