Obsidian

The Obsidian was a Imperial XQ1 Platform where Admiral Zaarin developed a series of prototype TIE Fighters as part of the TIE Experimental Project. The facility was defended by several TIE Fighter squadrons and the science research ship Sardis. The station, along with the Sardis, was destroyed in a Rebel attack shortly following the Battle of Hoth but Zaarin afterwards salvaged remnants of its computer from its debris.
