Ocera was a Human male Jedi Master who served as one of the masters of Ashara Zavros during the Cold War between the Republic and the Sith Empire. He was killed on Taris when he and Ryen engaged a Sith named Kallig, but they were easily defeated.
Unlike his Jedi peers, he used a rare white crystal to enlighten his lightsaber.
