Odeffro Msern was an Imperial ground crew member stationed on Mimban in 10 BBY, who held the rank of specialist.[1] As part of his duties in flight control, Msern used flashing sticks to direct air traffic. He also wore a cape as part of his uniform, visually similar to the capes used by wet-weather gear stormtroopers, a number of which were also stationed on the planet.[2]
