The Office of Budgetary Control was an agency of the Galactic Empire during the reign of Palpatine.

HistoryEdit

While Obo Rin was writing the Catalog of Intelligent Life in the Galaxy under a commission from Darth Vader, the Office of Budgetary Control was responsible for reimbursing Rin for his expenses. Major Herrit of Imperial Intelligence, who believed Rin's expenses to be inflated and fraudulent, instructed the office to halt the reimbursement. However, Vader's aide Captain Solistein overruled Herrit.
