Okikuti was a city on Kashyyyk located on the banks of a large lake. The town was located in a forest clearing and contained farms, housing structures, an animal nursery, and mining facilities.

In 19 BBY, it was attacked during the Battle of Kashyyyk.
Years later, after rebuilding the Government Tree in Kepitenochan, Han Solo and Chewbacca realized that some jammer devices prevented them communicating with the New Republic. According to Weebacca, they were found in Okikuti, so Han and Chewbacca left Kepitenochan and went there to destroy them. When they arrived, however, they discovered no jammers, and they were ambushed by Moff Darcc's forces from the main entrance of the city. Their sole exit was blocked. Han's mistrust of Weebacca was justified.
Unable to withstand Darcc's attack, Solo hit upon the idea of clearing a path through the forest to escape by water. Han with Chewbacca reached the lake and quickly built a dock facility and a serviceable transport, managing to escape in the nick of time with their army and reach Chenachochan.
