Omlaut was a Lambda-class shuttle that belonged to the Imperials and which carried a high-ranking Rebel commander, who was to meet with Admiral Harkov onboard the latter's Victory-class Star Destroyer Protector. They were to discuss how Harkov would serve the Rebellion's cause in order for him to be further rewarded. However, before the shuttle arrived on Harkov's flagship, Imperial loyalist Maarek Stele inspected the shuttle and discovered its passenger. This set one of the initial stages of descent that would eventually lead to a battle between the Empire and treasonous forces led by Admiral Harkov.

Behind the scenesEdit

The shuttle presumably takes its name from the umlaut, a diacritical mark used in some languages.
