The Orbital Strike was a single-shot sniper rifle that fired a beacon at a remote target. After five seconds, a Turbolaser, or a ion cannon beam fired from a ship that was in orbit above at the beacon, causing huge destruction. However if someone was able to destroy the beacon in the five seconds, the strike would be averted.
