"Welcome to Osisis Station, Ezra. The last port of call for those living on the down side in the Regani Sector."
―spoken to Ezra Bridger upon landing[src]

Osisis Station was a space station situated in the orbit of a ringed planet, in the Regani sector.

HistoryEdit

Around five years before the Battle of Yavin, it belonged to a Besalisk named Galus Vez, who used it to house his business of selling spare ship parts. At one point, a band of rebels from Lothal traveled to Osisis Station to obtain parts for their freighter, the Ghost, which had been damaged after raiding an Imperial supply yard. To obtain these parts, Hera Syndulla had to race the damaged Ghost against Vez's Splendour through a race course known as Fool's Run. Vez attempted to cheat out Sydulla by using asteroid thrusters to damage the Ghost. When Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger saw this, they used the Force to drive an asteroid into the Splendour to even the race. After this, Syndulla ended up winning. Not getting his way, Ves attempted to cheat the Rebels their parts and instead tried to capture them and hand them into the Empire. The Rebels quickly gained control of the station and left without their parts. Ves made sure to erase all footage of the Rebel's presence, but to his unknowing, Sabine Wren had painted the starbird insignia on the underside of the station.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Osisis Station appeared in "Ring Race," a 2015 comic strip written by Martin Fisher and drawn by Bob Molesworth.[1] The design of the station was modeled after the XQ1 Platforms that appeared in the Legends video games Star Wars: TIE Fighter, Star Wars: X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, and Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance. Fisher specifically asked for it in the script because X-Wing Alliance is his favorite Star Wars game.[2]
